I'm not sure where you got your 1.62% or 1.49% from. Given that earnings are lumpy due to completion/settlement timings, I don't think it's meaningful to estimate the next period by applying a fixed percentage to the previous period.
You can estimate future period revenues by looking at announced projects, and estimate future earnings by assuming a profit margin for those projects. It's difficult to predict exactly when the projects will complete and settle, but it's the result, not the timing, that's important.
For recent stats analysis, BuySellSignals have just put out a comprehensive summary - I can't link it as it's posted within my trading platform, but maybe you have access through your broker?
I don't know if anyone has done a thorough look ahead model for the next few years. I've been meaning to, but have just done a few very rough napkin type calcs so far. All of my valuations end up north of $1 (and if based on future projects completing successfully then higher again), but I've held these for a long time and they have persistently traded well below all of my valuations. I think they will get there eventually, but might be some good opportunities to trade on the way.
