If we were still thinking of a JV we wouldn't now be commissioning our own plant.
Based on that a jv is highly unlikely IMO. There was ample time to come to an agreement before purchasing our own plant and it didn't happen.
Ther may be some agreement for developing Hyperion some time in the future but OP will stay in our hands short of a takeover of our whole company.
