MasseyFergusson, Clearly you have the weight of the world on your shoulder, so I do not expect you to understand that some of us, me included, are extremely passionate about property. It is an investment that most of us will make. I, as stated above, want to make this an educational thread and not the pissing contest you so sorely desire.
