I think it's good that the figure is low as it means there's a high probability that the 5mill loan will be converted out of the shortfall entitlement. Would have been a shame to see all shares go and then more allocated to accommodate the loan.
Looks to me that the under 15 figure could at least double with shortfall added in. Looks like I might get some extra shares.
Lets hope without a full subscription it keeps the board on there toes and working hard.
