I am very excited about NEN at this point in time. The positives are the upcoming Vietnam drilling programs this is massive and what we have all have been waiting for a long time.
However on the negative side is that our low risk assets have not delivered and therefore the sp will be very vulnerable if Vietnam fails to live up to expectations. As I have highlighted on a number of previous posts CA assets are our bread and butter having said that and knowing what we have we should be producing well over 1,000 bopd IMO by now and the sp should be 50c+ going into Vietnam.
Whilst I understand we don't have the dollars or the technical expertise to be pushing the CA assets as hard as we could be nevertheless certain milestone have not been met by the company which is reflected in our sp today.
Of course this will mean very little if block 105 & or 120 are commercial. The rest will be history and we will be a mid tier Oil company with a market cap of billion +.
