This bodes well for ALK's DZP where according to their just released quarterly report:

"The DZP environmental impact statement has been completed and a development decision is anticipated early 2014. This project will make Alkane a strategic and significant world producer of zirconium products and heavy rare earths."

ALK, if all goes well looks set to become a "significant world producer of ..... heavy rare earths" by 2016 by which time, according to Dudley Kipngsnorths, there will be a critical global shortage of heavy rare earths.
