I'm all for looking at the positives when they are there. Whilst a Capital raise may have been the best option for KAR and us the shareholders today, we should not have been in a position where a capital raise was necessary.
The company has been spruking how many interested parties there are and what's been achieved ! NADA.
Petrochina buy into the browse and we cant even find out the terms of the deal (Obviously not the $900m per 1TCF).
I hope PROTEUS is a massive find, but I bet it won't go anywhere near the $7.37 we were at only a few months ago.
Mr Market can't be controlled, but when actions are taken to dilute shareholder value, then a level of tranparency is required.
The whole purpose of INVESTOR DAY is now clear. When the horse has bolted.
