Spend a lot of time at the front of queues watching XTs in front of me trading at half pips - which I cannot do. Means that someone isn't paying the BA spread and I am.
Spending time watching dips where the volume to buy is too thin to buy... unless you trading in <100 lot parcels...yet the daily volume averages change little, one or two massive orders make up a lot of the volume now. Frustrating.
Some of the open and closing auctions have had orders com in well within the 15 second bracket very close to the actual matching. Many times, nearly as if someone knows when it's going to match ( or I could just be paranoid )
Somehow the games seems to have changed, harder for the retail punter.
