The reason the shareprice went backwards was because we had less money than we expected in the qtrly. There was real concern from holders that we would need a CR, and at a price of .7c that would of been a knock out blow for long term holders.
This loan is a great thing IMO, it shows that Garner has real confidence in what we are achieving and will achieve in the future. Now that a CR is out of the picture in this qtr at least, we should see the sp climb, because this company with a 11m dollar MC is just ridiculous.
