Now if you think Skeleton Coast was problematic for Namibia to grant (EPL 3306), well this in my opinion is a whole other kettle of fish !!
EPL 3306 was submitted in January 2012 - granted "July 2012" - of course "the high density fly-over was granted"! then there should be no issues with drilling to be granted ... right?! ... EVIDENTLY question is when??
Like Big-O says ... could be tomorrow, of course if history is anything to go by the odds are certainly against him (lol)
