Thanks very much for you informative response to my question. I've bought a few more shares on Friday. (before I read your response.) My key reason for feeling a bit bullish is that I read up on the existing infrastructure that is in proximity to the site. My view is that is a huge plus as many small companies find reasonable deposits but in the middle of nowhere.
