IMO newbies would be far better off trading short term patterns rather than pure day-trading
Very hard to make consistent profits purely by day-trading
Many newbies seem to focus on entries too much
It is exits that are they key to profits IMO
Minimising losing trades is the key component of trade exits too
Not taking profits from winning trades
