But there is always an aposing example.
What about the young bloke who bought 100,000 AUT shares at 30c on advice from a broker. Participated in every CR which by the way had a huge positive reaction to the SP because they added so much value. And then was advised to sell by the same broker at $1.00 which was fantastic but instead listened to the wealth of knowledge that was on the HC threads and held on. One poster even advised selling only the amount which returned the original investment plus 25%. The young bloke did that and was still able to hold 85,000 shares .
From the assistance and experience gained from these incredible posters the young bloke ( bit older now ) finally sold out at $3.75 and bought a great property and now just dabbles while searching for the next AUT.
The bloke never found it here but the 2 experiences are worth their weight in gold.
I agree with your post Pav but would simply add to not under estimate the quality of posters that are on HC and after a little while you get to know who they are and how they can be of assistance.
In my experience they are brilliant, very approachable and willing to assist but should always be respected otherwise they just clam up.
