Bond yeilds starting to rally now, very very bad news for US housing market.
P.S. For those that do know know, US home borrowers do not pay the interest rate set by the Fed, but the interest rates that bonds yeild. Bond yeilds have stayed down while the fed has rasied rates, thus why fed rate rises have had no effect on the economy. Now that bond yeilds are rising, the effect will soon come through.
