victorian porphyry copper gold tenements grant, page-12

I've just had a look through the last couple of Investor Presentations and the four tenements for the LV seem to be taking a while. Dec '12 the presentation said that they'd be granted early 2013. The April 2013 presentation said that it was mid 2013.

It seems that the Haunted Stream tenements have come through a lot faster than the LV tenements. The skeptic in me thinks that the delay in granting these tenements is by design.....
