ggp ig class action update, page-69

Hi, I walked away from GGP back in August 2011 and this is the first time, by accident, I have stumbled back across the HC thread on the Company.

I note with interest the possible Court action respective to GGP. I was not aware of any such movement.

In a 4 month period in 2011 I lost approx $15k on the stock before cutting my losses and walking away. I have not held GGP since.

Under what premise do the legal team think they have a case? [ie misleading information, fraudulent dealings, insider trading, etc.]
Is the action still open to newcomers?
How and who would I contact?
Has any information yet been put out by the legal team as to any advancement of the process?
Has it been listed for a hearing?
If so, can anybody give me a precis' of the situation as it currently stands?

I would be most grateful for any information.
