The company just announced a potential dilution of almost 30% without an immediate tangible benefit. Even in a small cap explorer where dilution is never really considered mathematically you can't expect people to sit still and take it, especially when the price could very well be 2c.

If they had a deal lined up with a farm in announced and 28% dilution in the same ann it would be a different story as people would be able to coo over the millions of dollars to be spent on drilling etc and the knowledge things were moving ahead. A spoonful of sugar...
