I certainly want to hear Nevm's view on the cap raising, as they are a long term investor, but my view for what it is worth.

Incredibly annoying and frustrating for long term shareholders. Co desperate for cash has done the raising at 6c, yes while a slight premium don't forget stock has a 52 week high of 36c and low of 4c, when you put it in those terms highly dilutionary for existing shareholders. $1 mill won't go far but will give them a tick for not raising more at 6c. Hopefully the view is that the stock price will be a lot higher when they next need to raise money and therefore less dilutionary. Interesting also that the options are a long way out of the money at 30c in 2 years. You don't see that often. In summary disappointing that they waited so long and low price to do the raising but we are still alive and that's the main thing for us long suffering shareholders.
