Meeting cancelled - good news - must have got some real response to the outrageous resolutions for these guys.
They have shown their colours though and who knows what the new resolutions will be for the ever necessary INCENTIVE payments - just being paid to do your job and owning around 6% equity each in the company is clearly not enough.
