At least it has 'postponed' my intention to voice my disapproval at the General Meeting.

These 'hand-outs' that are orchestrated by many a Boardroom, are becoming far too frequent in today's corporate world!

I believe it is high time that this 'snouts in the trough' free carried mentality is made much more accountable and especially so, when it is funded by shareholders.
If management believe in the success of the Company, then dig deep or fund a loan to buy their own shares to support that belief. The bonus will be in the form of a sp increase and maybe a dividend, which every share holder will receive at the same time.

Generally, without share holders equity, management doesn't receive a salary. The exception being, that in rare cases, management can work for nothing and receive shares in lieu of time worked, which is totally acceptable in my view.
