Slide 13 has a category of Contingent Liability, with the full amount of $67m claimed by Sedco. Note 8 in relation to that, says the following:
"Represents full outstanding Federal Court claiminitiated
by Sedco Forex International Inc. against Nexus and its subsidiary Nexus Energy WA Pty Ltd for alleged breach and
repudiation of contract relating to Transocean drilling rig. The claim is not expected to be resolved until 2014. Nexus is
strenuously defending the claim."
