Sorry I have no factual idea.
Obviously a 100% loss is $65m + Sedco legal costs ???? + liquidated damages / interest ???????? if so awarded.
Legals of $10m may not be too far off as its been going on for 4 or 5 years.(I dont understand how NXS spend so much on admin given they need very little involvement at operational level as Santos take care of most - my guess is maybe there is 500k - $1m a qtr going through in legals?????). Again I just dont know - all guesswork.
Typically other party legal costs + extras are only awarded if there is a 100% finding in judgement so even a small win in NXS arguments will be beneficial.
