People here were saying the same thing when it was $3.00/$2.00/50c/40c etc so whoever has been pushing it down has been very "successful" at soaking up lots of "cheap" stock for 2 years now....and doing there backside in the process!! No, I don't think anyone is accumulating this now.
I think you will find the real reason it is going down is because every so often a forced seller just has to take the market price on offer. I am fairly certain - though I cannot prove it - that there is no funny business going on here. There is no "cheap accumulation". The new management team already tried that when the stock was in the teens - grabbing large parcels then launching their boardroom fight for control and turfing out Sir Cumference and his $500k salary. No doubt after these latest drill results, the new management are probably regretting their decision.
The only hope for DRG, in my opinion, is for someone to back door a completely new venture into the DRG carcass...like Twiggy did a decade ago with FMG.
And do you know how RARE that is?
DRG has no money (basically) and some coal tenements buried beneath the Mongolian tundra that for six months of the year can only be drilled with great difficulty.
Its just a horrible, horrible, sad story....and I just don't have any joy to offer shareholders. I wish it were otherwise.
