The broking firm is in external administration. I sent a copy of a letter that I sent to FOS to ASIC. Both of them can;t help me.
How it was explained to me was, that both companies would float on the ASX.
I am currently looking through my records, I remember signing something when I opened an account with the said firm.
On another note, I kept getting phone calls from him recommending that I invest in these companies.
1. Blu ( listed on the asx but was suspended) I put in $5,000 2. Hunter Hermotology I invested $5,000 3. Erl Was listed, I invested $5,000 it went up to 66c from around 5-10c I later found out that he didn;t buy them for me. 4. Say (was know as incorugua or something similar) I put $5,000
I assumed that I had the above shares, it wasn;t until about 7-8months down the track, that one day I rang the office and spoke to one of the other brokers. he said I can;t see any of these shares in your portfolio. It took me another couple of months to get my $20,000 back.
