Really nice analysis there tonight Redbacka .

I've seen a few markets like this one where there's not enough oomph to take it to the next level ,so the smarties steer clear ,but in the meantime it consolidates a bit lower or maybe about where it is and over time ,if you're in the right stocks ,you make money.

I think it's shaping up to be a nice market for particular plays and there's still enough nervousness out there to show a good profit on the ones you get right.

The term distribution is always one that's tickled my fancy .It doesn't matter what level the market is at there's always someone prepared to sell otherwise you wouldn't have a market .To me ,distribution simply means that the market is high enough for a fair proportion of investors to be comfortable in offloading some of their stock, and not that high that those who are buying are really nervous and are going to turf it out the next day if it turns turtle .

At rabid highs you get the former distributors buying . So all in all ,distribution is not an earth shatteringly positive thing ,but it never means that there's not a lot more juice left in the tank
