Hi Tony,
Just finished watching the presentation by Professor Snape for the second time. After all those years of looking at static slides depicting the effect of NNZ-2566 on wild and knock out mice, it was actually exciting to hear Snape talk us through.

I wrote on 28 July;
"Parents will observe the behavioural impact of the treatment; hand wringing, verbalisation, rigidity of body movement, calmness and alertness; seizures and breathing patterns."

Snape said that in Rett and Fragile X, nothing is missing but simply a problem exists in messaging. If we can restore communication, the behavioural and physiological problems should disappear and normalcy should be restored.

NNZ-2566, the natural restorative compound of the brain, tweaked to work as a drug, enables neurons to talk;

"[NNZ-2566] rescues those signalling proteins in the brain that control normal connectivity within about 15 minutes,"said Snape.

We see it in the mouse trials for Fragile X: the open field test, the elevated plus maze and sniffing tests. A medical breakthrough is unfolding before us.
