Options won't. Work like that, it all depends on where the SP is at the time.

Option won't be 3c if the sp is at 3c in two years time. Options will be at .001 if the sp is at 3c in 2 years. However if the SP is around 3c in a years time, then options will be well above 1c one would think. However it's not an exact science trying to predict where the option price will be, because there are so many variables.

I bought a lot of option before the drilling of JT reese 2 when the sp was at 1.5c, and they looked an extremely good buy as opposed to the heads, with their risk/reward scenario,
However, now I would argue that the heads are a better buy than the options at this price IMO based on a risk reward scenario, not based on potential. (Of course options will always have more potential)
