With NXS's record I couldn't imagine them winning a court case. It would be seriously out of character for Nexus to report a vistory and good news. The best you could hope for is a compromise steeply in the favour of the other side.
I mean c'mon, do you really expect an announcement headlined "Nexus Wins Court Battle"??? If that happens I'll run around my house naked.
