If the announcement revolves around whether there's been a successful result WRT the ALDP, then I'll be very much pleasantly surprised if it states ESI were successful.
Given that for many months now, the premise has been no announcement presently would infer a successful result, today's TH would therefore imply a not so promising outcome.
Where am I wrong?
