    No need to split hairs..

    From the PDS..

    In all cases except as outlined below, the Redemption Amount is an amount EQUAL to $100 plus any unpaid amount of scheduled Distribution...

    It doesn't have to expressly state that IT IS CAPPED the wording IMPLIES that it is capped..

    Like i said any contract laywers out there are free to correct me if I'm wrong..
