I guess the most interesting aspect for me is Van Eck bought
large quantity shares as follows; there were many small quantity shares purchases as well.

23/08/2012 104K shares at $1.10 (lowest dip in SP for month)
5/09/2012 156K shares at $1.35
21/09/2012 119K shares at $1.25 (significant dip)
18/12/2012 149K shares at $1.00
21/12/2012 2.93 million shares at $1.1 (near bottom 0.95)

Interesting for me is 21/12/2012; 31/12/2012 Credit Suisse $25 million loan approved.

No apparent conclusion just stating chart price action against buying action.
