On further research all the revenue being made at the moment is through payment by companies who are advertising on ICQ various websites only.

At the moment while they are getting exposure and ramping up awareness of the business and its websites they are for a limited time allowing private sellers and companies to list cars on their sites for free, but this is only for a limited time then its equivilant to $33 to list a car.

At the moment their combined websites have over 180,000 cars for sale (carsales.com has 240,000 atm) and ICQ have only been listed for 10 months.

So roughly 180,000 cars listed times $33 = $5.94 million in revenue. That's all profit as overheads don't increase in this business model.

Combine advertising revenue from companies advertising their business on their website (eBay already one company paying us to allow them to advertise) and add revenues from when they start charging to list cars and you have a low cost business with massive margins, its basically a cash cow like carsales.com.

Carsales.com didn't take a 19.9% stake and change there website (carlist.my) to look exactly like carsales.com website for nothing.

They will be expanding into bikes as well as they have already sercured bikelist.my URL for this expansion plan.

Looks like a very good story to me and well worth some research.
