    You don't get it do you? You are a shareholder! Big or small you and I are it. Get the chip off your shoulder mate. He doesn't care about you or me, only about growing the company and by definition all shareholders.

    You may one day be ranked alongside BHP or CHEVRON or HESS etc, etc.....
