What does "outcome" mean?
Does it imply "letter of offer to commence negotiations" or "signing of funding agreement"? I think it means funding agreements.
If "outcome" means the "signing of funding agreements" will unsuccessful applicants be notified after agreements are signed?
Therefore, if ECT is unsuccessful, we may not find out for a few more months.
