Interesting that this application is close to the federal elections and Labour I don't believe will win. I think all know in which direction I am pointing the bone.
Since the 2002 change in our laws on double passports, by now most government departments could have been penetrated by the usual suspects, in certain departments they would be subject to an oath of allegiance. I don't see how that oath could possibly pass muster in accordance with the constitution. Then there is section 25 of the constitution which may make a certain law these people are hiding behind non constitutional.
