For me it is simple. Norm has made me money twice now.. Bolnisi, CJO. Bolnisi, I got in at 5c.. Right time. CJO I got in a bit late..
I always invest in management I believe in and management that are also willing to put them money where there mouths are. Norm ticks both boxes for me..
I have bought more on weakness. I am patient because that was also a key factor in Bolnisi and CJO.. I am putting them in the draw....
