FAS currently has 1.371 Billion shares + 286M options = 1.66 billion shares fully diluted.

Then you say when using the term 3B in terms of the device to issue of shares "I think the number may be closer to 3B but happy to be wrong."

You meant the total number of shares on issue fully diluted is closer to 3 billion?

Taking into account an additional 400 million "since AGM" because adding it to 1.66 billion that would be closer to 2 billion.

The only thing I can follow there, is that they will need upfront payments to keep admin afloat.

I also think it's inevitable that a consolidation will take place after the SP rises significantly.
