Total allocation has been set......however individual applications have no limits.....so regardless of holdings, you can apply for whatever amount you wish.....
If the upcoming news pushes the price up substantially, then the Options issue will no doubt be well over subscribed, which will result in cut backs to every allocation....
It will be interesting to see how management handle this process...
