Hi As I see things. S Bizzell could easily without much cost offer a new prospectus the same as the original one BUT including the changes in the ammendment added to the last prospectus. All the paperwork and legals have been done. As I see things this would all happen after the General Meeting to approve the issue of shares to S Bizzell and associates. I do think that us long suffering shareholders should be given the chance and fully imformed with what is going on. I do not agree with the ASX Ruling DYOR Cheers Towie
