The 9th August announcement says quite clearly that "fine tuning of the crushing circuit will continue over the period ahead as test-feed ores loads are gradually increased. Shareholders will be updated as the test-work continues."
Unless you consider roh to be some sort of superior shareholder to yourself, why would he know more than the announcement says?
