I tend to agree re: the overly bullish conceptual target, however it was released well before the drill entered the ground and goes a long way to showing the nous the technical team have there.

From nailing the mid-high range of grade estimates, to the depth and extensions to width and strike, their target is dead on the money. As pipe 1 is right on the money, then people really should have a look at their overall estimates.
