"high achievers" who need a PPL to have a baby are no better incentivised than low achievers who did it for the plasma TV
it's a rotten policy and most Liberal voters know it, regardless of their sex
it's the sort of fairies in the garden policy I would expect from the Greens....government should not intervene, if private business wants to offer generous PPL scheme to get quality that should be their decision, not imposed upon them.
