I don't think this announcement is going to be related to a continuation of the last share offering. I think this one will be based on oil reserves (present and future) with a bank for financing. I just hope the news can somehow be perceived as a positive but I can't think of anything to convince me of that. I have always been on the wrong side of trading halts but I hope miraculously this time will be different
