I have come to disagree with your assessment of the climate change case. Not in relation to the outcome, but definitely in relation to the Green strategy of Delay and stifle.

In this matter the legal system has shown the greens that the longer they keep issues in front of Judges the bigger the opportunity for delay.

Here we have a matter that in my opinion is clearly a matter for Government legislation log jammed in the courts, what a wonderful out come for the "Keep it in the Hole" crowd

It must be resolved soon to send the right message, and dont forget the Supreme court is deciding on wether or not the matter should be considered by the environment court. So if they say it should be does that mean the environment court hearing need to be re heard.
