So Pattersons get paid to place these shares with their clients who may or may not be current shareholders on the same terms as the original offer ?

Will current shareholders be able to apply for these shares ?

I think we are heading back to 2.5c or below on open which is the placement price.

They have till the 27th or 5 trading days to get their money to ssn. Perhaps the short time frame was chosen because they are afraid the sp will gradually drop to be below the offer price if given too long, like last time.
