It was a good thought though Central Petroleum is currently doing 5 for 1 consolidation right now for the same reasons as what you proposed pretty'ing themselves up for the institutions and also it'll tighten up supply of them when they do get going. Very similar number of shares on issue 1.5b and options to boot.
I was doing some research of my own today and have Fairstar now at about the 638th biggest company with a market cap of $64.5m up from 738th on Friday so it's been a stellar run.
I'm relieved to see I still have my hand lol
