Well in this case GBG have raised our expectations that nameplate would be declared Jul'13 and then they have delayed it without giving a new date leaving the market dangling. In the meantime, the Magnetite Plant has been completed and fully commissioned and we hope that the inter-process fine tuning will not take too long? sdo
