It would not surprise that terrorists exist in n.Iraq.Saddam has been prevented from having any influence in the region by the non fly zone scam and Turkey has been supporting groups in the area.It has become a vacuum as did Afghanistan when the US stuffed it up.Bush has only himself to blame if terrorists have established themselves there.He is also mistaken if he thinks that his terrorist problems will end there;vacuums exist worldwide and will only diminish when honesty returns to the US foreign policy.
