Hope that is true (re there being a strategic partner). Wouldn’t be surprised given how much volume and persistent buying is occurring. And the size of some of the parcels being bought recently could support this theory.
If that is indeed the case (and it’s a big ‘if’), Lucky for the people who know something huh!!? …
