    HI hope you are not right makattack but you could well be who knows none of us obviously. However usually the wording with normal capital raisings states "a proposed" capital raising (well the other ones I have been involved with have). Just because the wording is a little different I feel it may be good news not bad but I am always a glass half full person all my view GLTA
